Our Infrastructure

Warehouse

Meticulously organized and segregated into quarantine, under test and approved area for raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods with temperature and humidity control.

Production

Equipped with sophisticated, GMP-compliant equipment designed for pharmaceutical liquid manufacturing.

Quality Control

Includes Instrument Section, Chemical Lab, and Microbiology Laboratory for rigid testing standards.

Air Handling Unit

20 AHUs (13 classified, 7 non-classified) utilizing 10, 3, and terminal 0.3 micron HEPA filters in core processing areas.

Purified Water System

Soft water is filtered A 90,000 Liter raw water storage tank with automatic chlorination and circulation system supplies water to a dual softener system. The softened water is stored and further treated through ultrafiltration(UF), followed by purification with Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Electrodeionization (EDI).

The purified water passes through UV treatment and is collected in 3,000 Liter and 2,000 Liter storage tanks. It is then distributed throughout the plant via a circulating loop system, with the return loop also equipped with UV for microbial control.

The system has a generation capacity of 1,000 Liter /hour.

Utilities

Steam Boilers (350/600 Kg), Vacuum Transfer (440 m3/Hr), Water Chiller (175 TR), and backup 125 KVA Generators.
